Here's a trick for you to quickly win in Lets Get Rich:
1. Get the Most Expensive Cities
Try to get expensive cities, expensive cities in the top right and bottom right. Grab those cities if you have money.
Expensive City: London, Paris, New York, Bangkok
2. Get the Festival
Every play, there will be 3 cities randomly named Festival. Get these cities because your opponents will pay 2x if they fall.
3. Immediately wake up the Landmark

4. Take control of your dice

6. Cheap cities
Cheaper cities in the lower left such as: Beijing, Jakarta, Taipei, New Delhi and Seoul are very easy to grab. If you have 3 buildings: Pension, Condo & Hotel can be guaranteed when your opponent fell there must be directly seized and built Landmark. Therefore if you fall there just buy 2 Hotel & Condo, so when the opponent falls there can not immediately get up Landmark.
7. Get Monopoly
If you get all the city for the same color then you get Monopoly where the city's price goes up 2x. Colors that only have 2 cities are easier to be monopoly than 3 cities.
